provides only Professional and Industrial Strength Tools
for Data recovery.
1. Disk Imager
Specifically designed for the Data Recovery Process to work
with failed or unstable HDDs, the Disk Imager takes the
imaging process to a whole new level. It can reach speeds
of 4.5 GB/min (with the most modern drives) imaging the information from the damaged source
HDD to a new target HDD. The Disk Imager copies data
sector by sector from the damaged drive and records a complete
map of every sector and whether or not the sector was read properly.
Because the imager is a hardware device, it has the ability to
handle and control all sorts of common HDD problems and errors that normal
imaging software cannot manage. (more...)
2. PC-3000 PCI
Our specially designed hardware PCI card allows the PC-3000 software
to access HDDs on a firmware level. This includes both flash ROM
and the firmware located on the HDD platter system area. The PC-3000
software will allow you to properly diagnose HDD problems and
re-write corrupted firmware modules. This will make the drive
functional again and allow you to retrieve the customer’s critical data.
PC-3000 PCI supports 2.5” laptop drives, 3.5” desktop drives, as well as
SATA drives. This includes many families within each make of drive: Western Digital,
Maxtor, Seagate, IBM, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and more.

3. Data Extractor for PC-3000 PCI
Data Extractor is specialized software for imaging and file extraction from
failed HDDs. Because it works through the PC-3000 PCI hardware, it has
significant advantages over other software. For Example, through the PC-3000
PCI hardware, Data Extractor can control the hard drives ECC error codes
that restrict the Operating System's access to “bad sectors.” Additionally,
Data Extractor has a “Raw Recovery” feature that can find and retrieve files
no matter what operating system is used.

4. PC-3000 SCSI
PC-3000 SCSI utilizes the same intuitive interface as PC-3000
PCI. The ability to read and write firmware modules is paramount to
repairing the drive for data recovery. Currently, the PC-3000 SCSI version
has support for IBM SCSI drives; however, there are utilities soon to be
released to support Maxtor and Quantum SCSI drives. Also in the works is
a new PC-3000 SCSI for Seagate SCSI drives. (more...)
5. PC-3000 ISA
The PC-3000 ISA provides the same diagnostic and repair functionality of the
PCI version. This was the first PC-3000 tool created and its development was used as the
foundations for the PCI version. The PC-3000 ISA is particularly useful for data recovery
from older model hard disk drives. While there is some crossover between ISA and PCI,
ISA does support some older drives that are not supported by PCI (such as Quantum drives.)
You can view a complete list of supported drives from the individual pages for both
PCI and ISA.

6. Data Extractor for PC-3000 ISA
Data Extractor ISA has much the same functionality as Data Extractor PCI except that
it works only with the PC-3000 ISA. Essential for data retrieval from older drives,
Data Extractor ISA has the same advantage as PCI in that it can use specific
manufacturer HDD firmware commands to control typical HDD reading errors.
