Each new PC-3000 client automatically receives three months
of free telephone technical support. This support is designed
to help new users of PC-3000 learn the fundamentals of
the program, the data recovery process, and how to work
with specific drives.
Beyond the first three months of free phone support, clients
can purchase additional months of phone support as required.
The Forum
In addition to the three free months of phone support,
all of our PC-3000 clients have lifetime access to our
exclusive online forum. The forum is constantly monitored
by our technical support staff and questions posted by
our clients receive posted responses within 1-2 days.
Also, our technical support team is constantly doing their
own research and posting new data recovery methods and
techniques, explanations for new product features, as
well as any other useful information.

Often this is one of the most useful support methodologies
simply due to the fact that questions and answers are
in written format and therefore cannot be forgotten. With
